CrowdStrike, AWS & NVIDIA expand global accelerator for AI security

Tue, 4th Nov 2025

CrowdStrike, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and NVIDIA have announced the global expansion of their Cybersecurity Startup Accelerator, which aims to support early-stage firms focused on AI-driven cloud security.

The accelerator, now in its third year, will be open to startups worldwide as part of an effort to drive cloud and agentic artificial intelligence (AI) innovation. Organisers state the objective is to empower the next generation of technology providers in the cybersecurity sector.

The initiative offers participating startups access to mentorship, technical expertise, funding prospects, and go-to-market support. Leaders across CrowdStrike, AWS, and NVIDIA will provide hands-on guidance throughout the accelerator, connecting founders with both cybersecurity investors and technical specialists. This support network is designed to help startups benefit from increased visibility across the organising companies' ecosystems and marketplaces.

Since its inception, the programme has graduated 59 startups. According to the organisers, these companies have collectively raised more than USD $730 million after participating in the accelerator, and several have been acquired. Notable examples include Onum, which was acquired by CrowdStrike. Remedio, previously known as GYTPOL, and Terra Security-winners of the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 cohorts respectively-also achieved accelerated funding rounds following the programme.

Global access and next steps

The latest expansion opens up applications to early-stage startups globally. The next intake will offer an eight-week programme, after which selected startups are expected to present their offerings to an industry audience. The event, known as Demo Day, will be held at the AWS Startup Loft in San Francisco and aligns with a major annual cybersecurity conference. Companies delivering outstanding presentations may become eligible for investment from the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund.

The accelerator builds on NVIDIA's Inception programme, which aims to assist startups through product development and deployment. Members benefit from resources such as NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute credits, preferential pricing on hardware and software, and guidance from experts, with the intention of supporting company growth and innovation in areas relevant to AI and cybersecurity.

Industry perspectives

"Our Cybersecurity Startup Accelerator has quickly become the home for founders who are eager to change the game, redefining how security and AI come together in the cloud," said Daniel Bernard, chief business officer, CrowdStrike. "Together with AWS and NVIDIA, we're building a global ecosystem of innovators driving the future of cybersecurity. The impact of our past cohorts shows how much can be achieved when the world's leading technology companies and bold entrepreneurs unite to secure tomorrow."

Chris Grusz, Managing Director of Technology Partnerships for AWS Marketplace, commented: "Startups are driving innovation across every layer of the cybersecurity stack. Together with CrowdStrike and NVIDIA, we're helping founders use the scalability of AWS and the expertise of our partners to accelerate their growth and bring new cloud and AI security solutions to market faster."

Bartley Richardson, Senior Director of Agentic AI and Cybersecurity Engineering at NVIDIA, stated: "As AI becomes foundational to cybersecurity innovation, startups need access to the right expertise, infrastructure, and ecosystem to build and scale effectively. Through the Cybersecurity Startup Accelerator, NVIDIA, AWS, and CrowdStrike are empowering founders to harness the full potential of accelerated computing and agentic systems to meet the evolving security needs of the modern enterprise."

The ongoing collaboration between CrowdStrike, AWS, and NVIDIA reflects a shared focus on supporting startups at early growth stages, with a particular emphasis on the use of artificial intelligence, cloud-based solutions, and the development of security tools to address contemporary risks in enterprise environments. The accelerator is positioned as a pathway for young companies to access technical resources, industry networks, and investment opportunities in the expanding cybersecurity sector.
