CData marks fourth year in Fast 500 for real-time data growth

Sat, 22nd Nov 2025

CData Software has been recognised for the fourth consecutive year on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 list, marking sustained business growth amid rising industry demand for real-time data connectivity. The ranking includes the fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy technology companies in North America.

Growth drivers

Increased enterprise adoption of AI, analytics, and automation platforms has underpinned demand for CData's data connectivity solutions. The company reported expanding its network of technology partners during the year, including Salesforce, Google, Palantir, and SAP.

The business has focused on solutions that support unified and secure data access, required by organisations investing in data-driven initiatives.

"For the fourth consecutive year, Deloitte's recognition highlights not only our momentum but also the critical role CData plays in enabling AI-ready enterprises. With the industry's rapid evolution toward intelligent, data-driven systems, our focus remains on empowering customers and partners to connect to the data that powers innovation, anywhere it lives," said Amit Sharma, Chief Executive Officer, CData Software.

Product launches

During 2025, CData introduced several new products targeting data access and integration challenges. The company launched the CData Embedded Cloud platform, which enables software providers to embed CData connectors to support connectivity without operating infrastructure themselves. CData also announced Connect AI, a managed platform designed to link AI applications to live, governed data spanning over 300 enterprise systems.

Further product initiatives included no-code Integration Accelerators for platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks, aimed at simplifying integration for real-time analytics and multi-cloud deployments.

Partnership activity

CData reported progress in its collaboration with Google Cloud, broadening native connectivity for Google services including BigQuery, Looker, and Vertex AI. The company said this supports easier access to real-time data and analytics for organisations using Google's ecosystem.

Strengthened partnerships were also announced with Palantir, expanding embedded integration within the Palantir Foundry platform, and with SAP, with added connectivity for SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Data Cloud, allowing enterprises to combine SAP and non-SAP data.

CData worked with Microsoft to introduce new connectivity protocols for AI agent development through Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Agent 365, providing access to over 350 data sources with governance features.

Industry recognition

CData also received repeat recognition in 2025, being named for the second year in a row on the Inc. 5000 list of rapidly growing businesses. The company was also included on Accel's 2025 US AI 100, which highlights businesses contributing to the advancement of AI and cloud solutions.

Deloitte ranking

Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 ranks businesses based on percentage revenue growth over a three-year period. Criteria for the ranking include proprietary intellectual property or technology that contributes to company revenue, annual operating revenues of at least USD $50,000 for the base year, and at least USD $5 million for the current year, and a minimum growth rate of 50%.

Sharma said, "With the industry's rapid evolution toward intelligent, data-driven systems, our focus remains on empowering customers and partners to connect to the data that powers innovation, anywhere it lives."
