
Charter Global appoints Rajesh Indurthi as CTO
Charter Global has announced the appointment of Rajesh Indurthi as Chief Technology Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture and product development to the company.
Rajesh Indurthi joins Charter Global from Equifax, where he served as Vice President of Product Delivery & Chief Architect. During his tenure, Indurthi was instrumental in driving significant enterprise transformations and introducing digital platforms that generated revenue, all while promoting a culture of innovation within the company. His career has been marked by delivering scalable solutions to major Fortune 500 companies.

A notable innovation that Indurthi will introduce is Assistly, a platform designed for personal care homes. Assistly aims to streamline caregiver operations, improve communication with families, and ensure regulatory compliance through smart automation and predictive analytics. It offers features such as scheduling optimisation, staffing anticipation, and real-time medical supply visibility, significantly enhancing senior care management.
