Cribl integrates stream with dedicated Microsoft Fabric RTI

Fri, 21st Nov 2025

Cribl has expanded its collaboration with Microsoft through a new integration with Microsoft Fabric Real-Time Intelligence.

The integration leverages Cribl Stream as a dedicated data pipeline, connecting a broad range of data sources to Microsoft's Fabric Eventstream. The solution enables users to collect, enrich, and route telemetry data efficiently for processing and analysis within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This direct integration allows organisations to transform high-volume, non-Azure-native data into specific, high-fidelity formats required for operational and security workloads. According to Cribl, simplifying the pipeline configuration process eliminates the need for custom-built data routes, enabling a streamlined interface for rapidly onboarding new sources.

Data management

Cribl Stream within Microsoft Fabric supports preparing data for real-time event streams. The approach aims to support timely threat prioritisation, incident investigations, and provides more effective use of data for artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics workloads.

Listing Cribl as a data source within Fabric enables customers to purchase solutions using their existing Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment agreements. This is the latest development since Cribl and Microsoft signed a global agreement to streamline data management in May 2024. Subsequently, Cribl joined the Microsoft Marketplace in November of last year.

Customer benefits

Organisations seeking modernisation and migration to cloud-based services are expected to benefit from the integration. By providing choice and control, the onboarding and data optimisation processes become more efficient.

"As organizations accelerate their modernization and cloud migration efforts, they demand solutions that give them choice, control, and flexibility over their data, not added complexity," said Dritan Bitincka, Chief Product Officer, Cribl. "The Fabric integration is a massive win for our mutual customers. It transforms a complex, labor-intensive configuration into a streamlined data source within Fabric, dramatically reducing the manual overhead required to onboard new sources and accelerating time-to-value to help customers unlock the full value of their data within the Microsoft ecosystem."

Industry recognition

Cribl was recently selected as a finalist for the Microsoft 2025 Americas Partner of the Year SDC Emerging Award, reflecting its relationship with Microsoft and the focus on providing improved solutions for data visibility and operational efficiency.

The new joint offering is now available, with Cribl as a Real-Time Intelligence data source within Microsoft Fabric, extending the range of options for enterprises seeking to streamline data management for their IT and security teams.

"Simplifying data ingestion and preparation for real-time event streams is critical for operationalizing and securing the data and AI infrastructures our customers need to innovate quickly," said Yitzhak Kesselman, CVP Messaging and Real-Time Analytics, Microsoft. "Cribl's integration with Fabric Real-Time Intelligence makes it easy for customers to analyze and take action using their existing event streams with Microsoft Fabric."

Launched at Microsoft Ignite in San Francisco, the launch is available starting this week.
