CTERA wins PeerSpot awards for cloud storage, backup

CTERA has received two PeerSpot Q2 2026 Customer Choice Tech Leader Awards, ranking No. 2 in both the Cloud Storage and Cloud Backup categories.

The rankings were based on a full year of verified customer reviews and buyer engagement on PeerSpot.

The awards coincide with a rebranding of the company's main product. CTERA's Enterprise File Services Platform is now called the CTERA Intelligent Data Platform, although the recognition was issued under the former name.

PeerSpot's programme ranks the top three products in each technology category using feedback from enterprise IT practitioners rather than analyst scoring or sponsored placements. That sets the awards apart from many industry rankings by emphasising reported experience in production environments.

For CTERA, the dual placing highlights a product that spans two closely related parts of enterprise infrastructure.
