ECI Connect 2026 to spotlight practical AI in business

Sat, 14th Feb 2026

ECI Software Solutions has opened registration for its 2026 ECI Connect Customer Conference, with an agenda centred on practical uses of artificial intelligence.

The event will run from 16 to 18 November at the Cosmopolitan Resort in Las Vegas. It will bring together customers, product specialists, partners and other industry participants for in-person training and peer discussion.

Practical AI

ECI is positioning the conference around "Practical AI and business value", with sessions focused on hands-on learning and "actionable insights". This year's theme is "Full Throttle".

The agenda includes briefings from industry and product experts on market direction and how AI can be applied in day-to-day operations. ECI described the focus as "real-world learning" and "direct problem-solving".

Delegates will have access to ECI staff who work on the company's products. The conference will include workflow and configuration guidance for existing ECI software, and time set aside for discussions on integrations designed to improve productivity.

Another strand will cover planned product changes, with attendees offered an early view of upcoming product innovations to support customer planning.

Peer exchange

The format emphasises customer-to-customer exchange, with sessions where users can share practices and approaches they have found effective and apply them across different settings.

ECI linked the focus on AI to broader operating pressures on small and mid-sized businesses, including tighter budgets, leaner teams and higher costs. It also pointed to rising customer expectations, which are pushing teams to deliver more with fewer resources.

Against that backdrop, ECI said AI adoption is increasing, but that businesses need reliable advice and practical examples to decide where AI fits into everyday processes.

Trevor Gruenewald, chief executive officer of ECI Software Solutions, described the conference as a forum for customers to compare notes as technology and market conditions change.

"When markets are uncertain and technology is moving fast, real connection matters," said Trevor Gruenewald, CEO of ECI Software Solutions. "Our goal is to bring customers together with the people and peers who can help make sense of what's changing - especially around AI - and empower new ideas that move businesses forward."
