Mapp secures $13m to enhance AI marketing strategy

Yesterday

Mapp has secured $13 million in growth funding to advance its artificial intelligence-powered marketing automation and expansion initiatives.

The funding, led by O'Connor Capital Solutions, part of UBS Asset Management (Americas), aims to support Mapp's transformation, accelerate AI innovation in marketing automation, expand its presence in the market, and support strategic acquisitions. Mapp has recently acquired Dressipi, a company known for its AI-driven personalisation technology.

James Brooke, Chief Executive Officer of Mapp, commented on the significance of this funding round. "This funding marks a major milestone for Mapp and validates our vision for the future of AI-driven Marketing," he said. "Marketing is no longer just about automation—it's about intelligence. AI is rewriting the rules, and Mapp is leading the charge. With this latest funding round, we're in an even stronger position to drive innovation, accelerate growth, and redefine what's possible for marketers and customer experience professionals."

This capital injection will enhance the development of Mapp's AI-driven platform, facilitating a shift from traditional marketing automation to what the company calls Marketing Intelligence. This involves using AI to continuously test, learn, and optimise marketing strategies in real time. The integration of Dressipi's AI product data enrichment and personalisation technology is expected to boost Mapp's ability to help brands predict customer behaviour, personalise interactions, and maximise engagement.

This strategic move is aligned with Mapp's goal to strengthen its capabilities and further its reach in key markets. The company plans to invest in advanced AI, automation, and data-driven marketing solutions, which aim to enable brands to enhance their engagement strategies with greater intelligence and efficiency.

Mapp helps businesses enhance customer engagement by combining AI-powered insights with cross-channel marketing automation. The company has over two decades of experience and is trusted by more than 700 brands, including PizzaExpress, Geox, Turnbull & Asser, Umbro, and Furla. Mapp's platform is designed to facilitate marketers in creating personalised, data-driven campaigns across various channels, converting insights into action, and optimising strategies for measurable outcomes.
