Medius names Gary Hall as Chief Product Officer for AI strat

Medius has appointed Gary Hall as Chief Product Officer to lead its global product strategy for accounts payable automation and spend management solutions.

The company stated that Hall will oversee the development and execution of Medius' product vision, aiming to maintain the firm's position in AI-powered, digital-first spend management.

Hall joins Medius with more than 25 years of experience in engineering, product development, and strategic leadership roles. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Product Officer at GSCF, a provider of working capital as a service. His prior experience also includes product leadership positions at Wayfair and iRobot.

The appointment comes as Medius recently rolled out two new features: Medius Copilot for Accounts Payable Automation, designed to streamline invoice approval processes, and Medius Supplier Conversations, a tool that uses intelligent response automation to improve supplier engagement.

Hall's career has involved scaling digital transformation projects, driving new sources of revenue, and helping shape product strategy at companies with a focus on customer needs. Medius indicated that this background would be integral to its goal of empowering finance teams and further developing its automation and AI offerings.
