Wed, 14th Oct 2026 (Today)
NIIT Learning Systems has been named to Training Industry's Top 20 Experiential Learning Technologies Companies list for 2026, marking its sixth consecutive year on the list.
Training Industry said the ranking highlights notable providers in corporate training services and technologies. It based its selections on the scope and quality of features, analytics, market presence, client relationships and business performance.
The recognition places NIIT Learning Systems among suppliers focused on experiential learning tools used by employers. Training Industry described the list as part of its research into key areas of the corporate learning market.
Experiential learning technology has drawn growing interest from businesses seeking to train staff through simulations, immersive tools and practice-based environments. Providers in this segment typically work with employers that want employees to build skills through repeated application rather than classroom instruction alone.
Jalen Banks, Market Research Analyst at Training Industry, said the companies on this year's list were reshaping how workplace learning is designed and delivered.
"The organizations recognized on this year's Top 20 Experiential Learning Technologies list are pushing the boundaries of how workplace learning is designed and delivered. By leveraging immersive technologies, interactive simulations and experiential learning environments, these companies are helping learners develop critical skills through practice and application while enabling organizations to improve training effectiveness, reduce risk and support long-term workforce development," Banks said.
NIIT Learning Systems operates in managed learning services and works with companies on learning and talent programmes. The business said its approach to experiential learning is tied to customer goals and performance measurement.
DJ Chadha, Chief Customer Officer at NIIT Learning, linked the recognition to the company's design approach and use of business metrics.
"We are proud to be recognized by Training Industry as one of the Top 20 Experiential Learning Technologies Companies. This honor underscores the distinctiveness of our approach to experiential learning: we start not with technology or the experience itself, but with the business outcomes our customers aim to achieve. Our award-winning Critical Mistake Analysis methodology pinpoints the decisions and behaviors with the greatest impact on performance, enabling us to design targeted experiences measured by real business metrics. The combination of performance-led design, measurable results, and scalable immersive learning across the enterprise is what truly sets us apart," Chadha said.
Founded in 1981, NIIT Learning Systems says it works in more than 40 countries. Its business spans managed learning and consulting services tied to learning, skills and workforce change, with a recent focus on how companies adapt learning operations for wider use of artificial intelligence.
Training Industry describes itself as a research and information provider for corporate learning professionals. It says its reports and media products help business leaders compare training providers across different segments of the market.
