Company background
Founded in 1948, Fluke Corporation has provided electronic test tools and software for industrial customers, technicians, engineers, electricians, and maintenance professionals engaged in installation, maintenance, and calibration. Its clients include those working with industrial, electrical, and electronic equipment and processes requiring precise measurement and monitoring.
Fluke has been part of Fortive Corporation since 2016, following an initial acquisition by Danaher in 1998. Fortive later emerged as a standalone industrial technology group after spinning off multiple businesses, with Fluke remaining under its corporate umbrella. Today, Fluke operates within the portfolio of Fortive's Connected Reliability Group, which is known for its set of brands focused on digital and connected industrial solutions.
The appointment of Parker Burke comes as Fortive and its Connected Reliability Group seek to reinforce their position in offering expertise and technology for reliability, safety, and performance-focused operations across industrial sectors.
