Reconeyez appoints new leaders to drive global security growth
Reconeyez has announced the appointments of Gary Frith as Chief Revenue Officer and Andy Keeley as Marketing Director as part of its strategy for international expansion.
Gary Frith, who previously served as Vice President of Sales for Northern Europe at Reconeyez, will take on responsibility for global commercial expansion and revenue strategy. Andy Keeley steps into the newly created position of Marketing Director, bringing over 18 years of industry marketing experience.
Reconeyez Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer Tauri Tuubel commented on the appointments: "These key appointments mark a new chapter for Reconeyez. Gary's deep market insight, proven track record and passion for our technology make him ideal to drive our ambitious global growth strategy. Bringing Andy onboard as Marketing Director underlines our focus on strategic partnerships and commitment to ensuring our offer is deeply aligned with our customers' needs. Together, their experience and energy will propel our unique AI-powered perimeter security solution into its next phase of expansion."
Gary Frith brings over two decades of commercial and international leadership experience in the security and surveillance sector, including senior roles with Videofied, Webeye, and Ramtech. Since joining Reconeyez in 2018, he has played a key part in shaping the company's European strategy, sales, and the development of partner relationships.
Frith emphasised the evolving challenges in the security sector: "Security companies worldwide are facing increasingly complex challenges as threat levels escalate. Originally developed for EU security at the Russian border, Reconeyez delivers military-grade reliability and technological innovation to the commercial sector. Reconeyez' autonomous, low-energy AI systems offer scalability, false alarm reduction, and cloud control – and we're uniquely positioned to meet the growing international demand for robust, cost-effective perimeter security with proven durability. Across both new and established markets our focus remains the same, helping security professionals deliver more efficiently, and with even greater impact."
Andy Keeley joins Reconeyez with a background that covers the full spectrum of the security industry, having held senior marketing roles at companies including Texecom, Hikvision, Zehnder Group, Wavestore, and Norbain. His experience from manufacturer to distributor and installer has provided him with comprehensive insight into customer needs and the dynamics of the market.
Keeley explained his motivations for joining the company: "What drew me to Reconeyez is the outstanding technology, the rock-solid infrastructure, and the huge untapped potential – focused on solving real problems for installers and end users alike. My focus is on building smarter partnerships, targeting growth markets like infrastructure and construction, and embedding us more deeply into the wider security ecosystem. Reconeyez is the industry's best-kept secret — my mission is to change that."
