Smarter Brands AI partners with Omniverse City for automation

Yesterday

Smarter Brands AI has announced the launch of its AI platform designed to automate business operations in partnership with Omniverse City's agentic AI infrastructure.

The collaboration between Smarter Brands AI and Omniverse City aims to automate essential business tasks such as prospecting, front-end management, and customer service using AI-powered agents. These agents are intended to work alongside human teams, facilitating improved efficiency and streamlined operations. Joe Wallace, a key supporter of Smarter Brands AI, backs the initiative through his investment firm, BizVentures.

Charlene Nichols, Founder of Omniverse City, commented on the goals of this AI platform, stating, "This is about democratising access to the technology we read about every day changing the world. This is about Main Street catching up with what has become the mainstream in businesses of all kinds. Rather than paying a fortune to consultants and engineers to build a custom system, this platform lets you use the tools you need, at an affordable price."

The platform is informed by developments in sales enablement and is powered by SellSMART Not Hard, known as the first-ever sales enablement agency. The AI system leverages thirty years of experience in managing largescale sales operations, providing local businesses with tools to expand while maintaining a quality service that includes a human element.

The human-in-the-loop model adopted by Smarter Brands AI contrasts traditional automation methods by enhancing rather than replacing human employees. This model allows employees to devote their efforts to positions that necessitate creativity, strategic thinking, and interpersonal relationships, purportedly leading to increased productivity and satisfaction in the workplace.

Joe Wallace, Founder of Smarter Brands AI, elaborated, "This isn't about replacing jobs - it's about elevating businesses and their teams. We've designed these AI agents to be a true reflection of the business owner - mirroring their values, voice, and goals - while still allowing human employees to focus on the work that requires ingenuity, strategy, and a personal touch."

Nichols, who is notable for her efforts in the metaverse and business communities, has a history of aiding businesses across various industries. Her efforts include launching the Vision Show and Optical Near ME and creating The Optical Metaverse during the pandemic to help the eyecare industry rethink business practices. Omniverse City, which hosts these initiatives, serves multiple industries as a digital business hub.

This integration of Omniverse City's AI infrastructure is intended to lead businesses into a new era of intelligent automation, where AI agents could work collaboratively with business owners and employees. For many local businesses and sales organisations, it represents an opportunity to address historic challenges around talent acquisition and retention by using AI to boost business dedication and success.

Joe Wallace, reflecting on his experiences, commented, "I've launched a ton of successful startups in all sectors. What links them all is that they didn't start out with 100 person IT departments and an army of their own engineers. I wish I'd had Omniverse City and Smarter Brands AI at every one of my companies at the beginning - it would have been like starting out with the firepower of a Fortune 500. I'm pleased, now, to be able to help get this game changing access to AI in the hands of businesses of all kinds and set them up for massive success."
