TD SYNNEX has expanded its PartnerFirst digital customer platform in North America, adding tools for channel partners across sales, cloud, analytics and services.

The latest updates are designed to give resellers and other partners more visibility across the customer lifecycle while linking PartnerFirst more closely with existing business systems and collaboration tools.

A key addition is lifecycle stage analysis for select vendors, including Microsoft and Cisco. The feature provides reporting by quantity and value, alongside views tailored to a partner's internal data and reseller profile.

It is paired with new campaign management tools to support targeted communications and message tracking for both reseller and end-user audiences. Direct integration with transactional systems also lets users view agreement details and make purchases from within the platform.

Another update focuses on what TD SYNNEX calls opportunity reconciliation. The feature tracks measures including close rates, revenue retention, renewal rates, upsell success and churn, giving partners and the distributor a broader view of sales performance.

"Partners don't need more dashboards. They need better methods to help them identify opportunities sooner, act faster, and grow profitably," said Reyna Thompson, President, North America, TD SYNNEX.

"The latest enhancements to PartnerFirst give partners greater visibility across the customer lifecycle, automate key workflows, and turn data into action so they can scale their business with greater precision," Thompson said.

Atlantic Data Systems, an early user of the new functions, said the lifecycle view has become a regular part of its sales process. The small and medium-sized business reseller uses TD SYNNEX as a distribution partner.

"Customer Lifecycle has quickly become the resource in PartnerFirst that I check most often," said Taylor Roy, Owner, Atlantic Data Systems.

"It unifies the lifecycle signals for two of the largest vendors. Customer Lifecycle helps me get a clearer picture of my opportunities across the many customers I support, so I can focus on growing instead of tracking deals across platforms," Roy said.

Cloud and mobile

TD SYNNEX has also made further changes to bring cloud purchasing and contract information more directly into the commerce workflow. Partners can now view data and contracts for cloud customers through subscription widgets, while unified quoting has been added alongside dashboard and analytics functions for reporting.

Customers can also buy products and monitor renewals through a mobile app available on Apple iOS and Android. The move extends PartnerFirst beyond desktop workflows as distributors and vendors push more routine tasks into self-service channels.

System links

Separate additions have been made to PartnerFirst Digital Bridge, the company's integration layer for partner systems. New connectors for Salesforce and QuickBooks Online are now live, allowing users to pull pricing, inventory, order details and lifecycle data into existing workflows.

Those links are intended to reduce manual steps for channel partners managing sales, finance and customer records across multiple software tools. TD SYNNEX has also introduced QuoteSync, a quoting tool that sends PartnerFirst quotes and quote-specific information directly into connected customer relationship management or professional services automation systems.

Digital Bridge has also been extended into workplace messaging platforms. AI assistants first launched in Microsoft Teams are now available in Slack and Webex, where users can check price and availability, review order status, identify assigned TD SYNNEX contacts and search for vendor-specific answers using documentation.

The expansion reflects a broader effort by technology distributors to embed ordering and support functions inside software resellers already use, rather than requiring them to switch between separate portals.

Services marketplace

Alongside the commerce and integration updates, TD SYNNEX has added a Services Marketplace within PartnerFirst. The marketplace allows partners to search for IT services, review service briefs and submit enquiries from the same environment used for other channel transactions.

The catalogue includes integration, installation and managed services. Search within the marketplace uses AI to help partners identify relevant stock keeping units tied to those offerings.

Jessica McDowell, Senior Vice President, North America Marketing and Digital Success, said customers already using the group's digital systems more frequently were recording stronger sales growth than those that were not.

"We are seeing immediate impact on customer growth as they leverage PartnerFirst and Digital Bridge," said Jessica McDowell, Senior Vice President, North America Marketing and Digital Success, TD SYNNEX.

"Customers that are regularly transacting across our digital offerings are seeing nearly 30 percent growth on average, outpacing customers not leveraging digital solutions. We know that optimizing features in PartnerFirst helps customers move deals earlier and close faster," McDowell said.
