4Geeks launches job-specific AI courses for workers

4Geeks has launched a set of job-specific artificial intelligence courses for marketers, sales staff, HR teams, data analysts and realtors, designed around the daily tasks of each profession.
The five online courses are AI for Marketing, AI for Sales, AI for HR, AI for Data Analysis and AI for Realtors. Each runs for four to five weeks, requires no coding and ends with a capstone project that automates a real task from the participant's job.
The Miami-based education company is targeting what it sees as a gap in broader AI training, arguing that workers in different functions need different tools and workflows rather than general lessons in prompt writing.
Marcelo Ricigliano, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of 4Geeks, said the courses were built around practical outcomes in specific jobs.
"Nobody wakes up wanting to 'learn AI.' A recruiter wants to fill a role faster. A realtor wants to answer every lead before a competitor does. A marketer wants their best campaign this year," Ricigliano said.
"So we stopped teaching AI in general and started teaching it one job at a time. You come in with your real work and leave with a system that does part of it for you," he said.
Role-based training
The marketing course covers audience research, creative production and links to advertising platforms and Google tools. The sales course focuses on prospect research, outreach personalisation, CRM updates and proposal drafting.
The HR track includes writing job descriptions, creating 30-60-90 onboarding plans, building a policy assistant for employee queries and turning engagement surveys into KPIs. The company said the course operates within what it described as a responsible-use framework.
For data analysts, the programme covers cleaning and querying data in plain language, building dashboards and presenting findings as business recommendations. The realtors course focuses on listing creation, lead follow-up and automating administrative tasks between showings.
Enrolment includes a one-to-one session with a senior instructor, support from the company's AI tutor Rigobot and model credits for tools including Claude. Graduates receive a certificate on completion. Employers can also enrol entire teams or commission custom training for other business functions.
Skills gap
4Geeks pointed to wider labour market data to support the launch, citing PwC research showing that workers with AI skills earn a 62% wage premium over peers in the same role, and LinkedIn projections that 70% of the skills used in most jobs will change by 2030.
That backdrop has encouraged training providers to adapt their courses as businesses work out where AI fits into existing processes. Rather than teaching one broad curriculum, 4Geeks is betting that narrower, role-based instruction will prove more useful to both individuals and companies.
4Geeks said it has had more than 8,000 graduates since its founding in 2015 and operates across the US, Latin America and Europe. Alongside these new courses, it also offers training in AI engineering, full-stack development, data science and machine learning.
Alejandro Sánchez, Co-founder and Technology Director of 4Geeks, said the format reflects how quickly workplace tools are changing.
"AI isn't here to replace people. It's here to amplify them," Sánchez said.
"What's new is that we can now give each profession its own toolkit, and update it as fast as the tools change," he said.
