Aconso unveils Insights tool to enhance HR data visibility

Sat, 22nd Nov 2025

aconso, the cloud-based software for human resources company, has launched aconso Insights, an analytics tool designed to provide HR teams with greater access to workforce data and metrics drawn from document workflows.

The tool integrates with established business intelligence platforms, including Power BI and Tableau, enabling HR teams to leverage ready-made data from across their documentation workflows. Organisations can now view key HR metrics ranging from contract turnaround times to the balance of manual and automated processes, as well as approval delays in salary processes.

Data accessibility

aconso Insights offers customers the ability to import workforce documentation data into preferred analytics tools while maintaining compatibility with other HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. This enables a central view of HR documentation, making metrics on employee onboarding, offboarding and other document-driven workflows accessible for analysis. Simplified access means HR functions are better equipped to understand and optimise administrative processes that are usually locked in static files.

KPI alignment

The new analytics capabilities enable organisations to set and monitor KPIs aligned with their business objectives. Among the data now visible to HR teams are the time required for contract signatures, the percentage of documents processed automatically versus manually, and the locations of bottlenecks in processes such as salary approval. This allows data-driven decisions that have the potential to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and better allocate HR resources.

Platform integration

With aconso Insights, companies using popular BI platforms and HR management tools can layer document-centric analytics with broader workforce data. The tool's BI plug-in ensures that HR leaders can create unified dashboards drawing on data from multiple sources, leading to greater transparency over document costs, process times, and overall HR performance.

aconso Insights works alongside existing HR management platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. The analytics tool is positioned to complement these systems by providing additional insight into document-driven HR processes and by contributing to customised reporting aligned with organisational priorities.

The plug-in is intended to help HR teams automate manual documentation tasks, increase efficiency, and track where process bottlenecks or delays may be occurring. Improved transparency across HR document workflows is expected to help teams manage costs and performance more effectively.

"CHROs are facing growing pressure to deliver measurable impact. However, many still rely on basic metrics that fail to show business value. aconso Insights bridges that gap by providing deeper visibility into document workflows, complementing existing HR platforms and helping leaders act decisively on data that matters," said Ulrich Jaenicke, Co-Founder and Co-CEO at aconso.

aconso has offices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is paired with the recently launch of the company's United States office in Delaware. The solution is now available for customers globally, following an initial trial period earlier this year.
