Foxit has won Pax8's Global Productivity Award, presented as part of the Beyond 2026 vendor awards.

The recognition places Foxit among vendors that, in Pax8's view, have delivered value to the channel through partner engagement and customer support.

Foxit said the award reflects rising demand from managed service providers for document software that helps customers improve day-to-day work without adding complexity. The company sells PDF, eSignature and document intelligence tools, and said channel partners are paying closer attention to document workflows as businesses try to bring artificial intelligence into routine processes.

That trend is becoming more important for MSPs serving small and medium-sized businesses, where document handling often remains fragmented across separate tools and manual steps. In that environment, software vendors are increasingly pitching automation and AI features as practical ways to reduce repetitive work and strengthen control over sensitive information.

Foxit said it has been investing in AI features within its PDF editor and broader document software portfolio. The company describes itself as the first PDF editor to embed AI natively and said its products are designed to help partners simplify document management, automate routine tasks and support more secure collaboration.

The award also highlights the role marketplaces such as Pax8 play in shaping which vendors gain traction with MSPs. Pax8 said its marketplace includes technology suppliers selected for their use cases for service providers, giving awards such as this added relevance in the channel.

According to Foxit, it has a sizeable installed base, with more than 700 million users and over 485,000 customers worldwide. It sells tools for document creation, editing, electronic signatures and collaboration, all categories drawing renewed attention as software companies add AI functions to established office workflows.

In a statement on the award, Foxit pointed to the strength of its relationship with Pax8 and the broader shift in customer requirements.

"Receiving this recognition from Pax8 is a tremendous honour and reflects the strength of our partnership and shared commitment to helping MSPs deliver greater value to their customers," said Evan Reiss, SVP of Marketing & Innovation at Foxit. "As organisations increasingly look to modernise document workflows, improve security, and harness AI to drive productivity, Foxit remains focused on equipping partners with innovative solutions that help businesses work smarter and more efficiently. We're proud to be recognised alongside so many outstanding technology providers and look forward to continuing our success with the Pax8 community."

Channel focus

Pax8 framed the award as recognition not only of product development but also of vendor collaboration with partners. That matters in the MSP market, where providers often favour tools that can be deployed and managed at scale across many small business customers.

Award recipients were judged on the uniqueness of their offering, the value they bring to the partner community and how they work with Pax8. Those criteria suggest that commercial fit and channel execution remain as important as product features in winning share through MSPs.

Oguo Atuanya, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience at Pax8, outlined that view in comments released alongside the award.

"Our vendor partners have been exclusively chosen to be part of the Pax8 Marketplace based on their innovation and specific use cases for MSPs, so to be awarded as one of our top vendors this year at Beyond 2026 is a true accomplishment," said Atuanya. "A vendor's unique offering, value to the partner community, and collaboration with Pax8 are all hallmarks of a valued partnership. These award-winning vendors are leaders in our space, driving advances that benefit MSPs and their SMB customers."
