inploi has announced a significant expansion of its customer base, achieving over 150% growth in 2024 with new or renewed partnerships with companies such as wagamama, GAIL's Bakery, The Compass Group, and Côte Brasserie.

The platform's technology is designed to enhance the hiring process for both candidates and companies. Results shared by inploi indicate improvements such as a 25% increase in completed applications, a 20% growth in hires, and a 30% reduction in media spend at GAIL's Bakery. Meanwhile, The Compass Group noted a 58% increase in job view conversions to completed applications with a 35% cost reduction per application, and wagamama reported halving its media spend.

Looking forward, inploi plans to consolidate its position in the UK market and establish a presence in the US. This expansion aligns with their sustainable growth strategy, which includes more than doubling business size and achieving over 100% annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth. Key hires in sales, marketing, and product development are also being pursued as part of this strategy.

inploi has announced upcoming features such as AI-powered tools to enhance the candidate experience and help clients achieve measurable return on investment (ROI). Innovations like Natural Language Search, orchestration tools, and dynamic candidate matching are expected to be introduced in phases throughout 2025. These features are part of inploi's composable and headless product architecture designed to enable bespoke and scalable hiring solutions.

"Bringing all hiring data together in one place gives our clients a clear, single source of truth. It's about enabling smarter, data-driven decisions that make hiring more efficient and impactful," said Alex Hanson-Smith, Chief Technology Product Officer (CTPO) and co-founder of inploi. "This is how we help our clients streamline their processes and drive meaningful results."

In December 2024, inploi achieved ISO27001 accreditation, reflecting its dedication to information security and organisational standards. The company also emphasizes its commitment to AI compliance with standards such as the EU AI Act.

Over the past year, inploi has been acknowledged for its progress and innovation within the industry. The company won the Startup Innovation Award at HR Technologies UK and the Talent Tech Innovation Award at the TIARA Awards, and was shortlisted for the Best Use of Technology and Innovation at the British HR Awards. Moreover, it has been identified as a Potential Challenger on Fosway's Talent Acquisition 9-Grid.

"In 2025, we're stepping forward with focus, momentum, and big ambitions," said Matthew de la Hey, CEO and co-founder of inploi. "Last year laid the foundations for greater and accelerating scale as we continue to innovate and with a growing number of forward looking talent acquisition teams across the world."

inploi aims to expand its international presence, increase the integration capabilities of its platform with other HR technologies to over 150, and broaden its partnership network. These objectives are part of inploi's strategy to deliver substantial growth in 2025.
