Myriad360 leaders honoured on 2025 Women of the Channel list
Tanya Steele and Samara Halterman of Myriad360 have been recognised on the 2025 Women of the Channel Power 80 Solution Provider list by CRN.
The Power 80 Solution Provider list features influential leaders from some of the largest IT integrators, managed service providers, value-added resellers and consultants. The list is an annual feature highlighting women who have made significant contributions to the IT channel, supporting the success of partners and clients through their leadership and advocacy.
Tanya Steele, Myriad360's Chief Experience Officer, has played a prominent role in advancing the company's channel business. She leads the Client Experience Organisation, overseeing delivery engineers, pre-sales engineers, project management, account management, sales operations, and service operations teams. Under her guidance, Myriad360 has reported an 80% improvement in services utilisation over the past year.
In addition to these achievements, Myriad360 achieved a Net Promoter Score of 89 and established a Service Operations department, reducing order error rates by more than 60%. Tanya Steele has guided efforts in enhancing speed-to-quote capabilities and refining pricing strategies, introducing scalable processes tailored to accommodate increasing channel demands.
Samara Halterman, Chief Marketing Officer, has also been named to the Power 80 Solution Provider list. Halterman, now a six-time CRN Women of the Channel honoree, has shaped Myriad360's channel strategy by developing co-marketing frameworks that support partners and contribute to revenue and pipeline growth. She has implemented enablement programmes that bolster market readiness and has overseen an evolution in Myriad360's partner engagement strategies.
Halterman has previously overseen double-digit ROI at A10 Networks and managed a global team across 15 countries at Pure Storage. Her approach at Myriad360 combines client-first priorities with practical innovation, and she has also focused efforts on mentoring prospective female leaders within both Myriad360 and the channel community at large.
Jennifer Follett, Vice President, U.S. Content and Executive Editor, CRN at The Channel Company, said: "It's an honor to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of these women, who are leaders and change-makers in the IT channel.
