Netwrix appoints new leaders to accelerate global channel growth

Today

Netwrix has announced two senior appointments to support its channel growth and partner strategy across key global regions.

Frank DeCicco has been named Head of Americas Channel, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in partner sales within the cybersecurity sector. DeCicco's previous roles at Tanium and Cisco focused on building and scaling partner programmes, and strengthening partner ecosystems while increasing market reach in North America.

Stuart Robson-Frisby has been promoted to Vice President of Worldwide Channel and will oversee the expansion of Netwrix's distributor and partner network throughout EMEA and beyond. Since joining Netwrix, Robson-Frisby has worked on expanding partner relationships and improving outcomes, drawing on his previous experience leading EMEA channel organisations at Tanium and Ivanti.

Channel focus

The appointments come as Netwrix emphasises its partner-first approach amid evolving security challenges. The company intends for both leaders to play a central role in driving its channel growth strategy and building relationships within the cybersecurity community.

"Frank and Stuart are trusted advocates dedicated to our partners and customers," said Britt Norwood, Chief Revenue Officer at Netwrix. "As security challenges grow more complex, strong partnerships are essential to keeping organisations secure. With their leadership, our partner ecosystem will continue to expand, delivering data security that starts with identity to strengthen cyber resilience."

This focus aligns with the company's aim to enable organisations to address the increasing complexity of protecting data and identities in today's threat landscape.

Leadership perspectives

Frank DeCicco described his new position as a significant moment for Netwrix's channel programme. He highlighted the value that Netwrix aims to bring to its partner base, as well as opportunities resulting from a clear strategy around identity-centric security.

"Netwrix's investment in its partner community, combined with its clear vision for identity-first security, creates a powerful opportunity for customers and partners alike," said DeCicco.

Stuart Robson-Frisby, now responsible for worldwide channel operations, commented on the company's commitment to strengthening its partner ecosystem and its continued investment in supporting customer security needs.

"With Frank's expertise and our continued focus on partners, we're building a stronger ecosystem worldwide and enabling partners to help customers protect what matters most: their data and identities," said Robson-Frisby.

Company background

Netwrix provides cybersecurity solutions focused on both data and identity security. The company's core platform, Netwrix 1Secure, offers visibility into access to sensitive information, helping organisations safeguard identities and data against evolving threats. The platform supports a range of deployment options and includes AI capabilities to aid security teams in investigating and remediating incidents more efficiently.

Netwrix reports that its solutions are currently adopted by more than 13,500 organisations globally.

The company positions itself around the principle that data security and identity security are closely linked and cannot operate effectively in isolation. It offers a set of products aimed at protecting identities and sensitive data as part of its broader cybersecurity approach.

The appointments of DeCicco and Robson-Frisby form part of Netwrix's broader objective to enhance its channel strategy and continue supporting partners and customers facing complex security challenges across regions.
