Check Point Software earns spot on TIME’s best companies list

Yesterday

Check Point Software Technologies has been included on the TIME and Statista World's Best Companies of 2025 list for the second consecutive year.

The list, curated by TIME in partnership with Statista, recognises companies internationally for their performance across three dimensions: employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency.

To compile the list, Statista conducted a global survey involving more than 200,000 workers to gauge employee sentiment about their current organisations as well as perceptions of other employers. Companies were also evaluated based on their revenue growth over the preceding three years, with only those demonstrating positive figures included. Sustainability efforts, including environment and social initiatives and the publication of annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reports, were another determining factor.

Check Point Software was recognised for its strong showing in all three categories, according to the organisers. The software company's place on the index reflects not only its financial performance, but also the workplace culture and its approach to corporate responsibility.

"Being recognised on TIME and Statista's list of the World's Best Companies of 2025 is an incredible honour. This achievement reflects the innovation, dedication, and passion of our people worldwide. It underscores our commitment not only to shaping the future of cyber security, but also to fostering a workplace where talent thrives and employees are proud to belong," said Sigal Gillmore, Chief Human Resources Officer, at Check Point Software Technologies.

The World's Best Companies ranking utilises independent data and global surveys to give a cross-industry snapshot of organisations achieving success in revenues, employee engagement and sustainability. The inclusion criteria examine companies' commitments to transparency and reporting, specifically looking at environmental, social and governance practices.

Alongside its recognition on the TIME and Statista list, Check Point Software has been commended by other industry surveys and publications. The company has been named five times by Forbes as the World's Best Cyber Security Employer. Other accolades include being chosen as a Best Company to Work For by US News & World Report, named as one of America's Best Cybersecurity Companies by Newsweek and Statista, and a place on Fast Company's World Changing Ideas 2024 list.

The recurring recognition on prestigious industry lists suggests a consistent performance in the key areas of employee experience, financial growth, and sustainability transparency, as measured by external organisations. The processes for inclusion on such lists often rely on independent surveys and publicly available financial and CSR documentation.

TIME's partnership with Statista aims to provide an objective perspective on the best-performing companies internationally, using input from employees and analysis of data sets, including sustainability reports. The transparent methodology combines financial metrics and qualitative feedback to produce its annual World's Best Companies register.

The recognition by TIME and Statista follows a string of accolades for Check Point. The continued attention from external reviewers has contributed to the company's reputation within the technology and cyber security sectors.

Check Point's representatives attributed the accolade to efforts across innovation, organisational culture, and workforce dedication, as articulated by the company's Chief Human Resources Officer.
