Atarim launches InnerCircle AI agents to boost creative projects
Atarim has launched the InnerCircle, an embedded artificial intelligence solution comprising six specialist AI agents designed to support digital creative projects.
The new offering introduces agents specialising in design, user experience, search engine optimisation, front-end development, accessibility, and project management directly into users' existing workflows. These agents operate within projects and collaborate in real time with human team members, offering strategic reviews, highlighting opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations.
Unlike standalone AI tools, the InnerCircle's agents function as part of the project team, aiming to provide guidance grounded in the specific context of the work. The solution is positioned to assist a range of users, from web agencies and freelancers to in-house marketing departments and product teams, by embedding creative expertise throughout a project's lifecycle.
Background and user adoption
Atarim's broader platform has experienced over 300% revenue growth year-on-year, with more than one million users. The addition of AI comes in response to user feedback citing a need for embedded creative assistance, not just general AI outputs. Early access to Atarim AI reportedly drew significant uptake and usage, indicating demand for AI partnerships that work collaboratively with human teams and understand project context.
The company's real-time collaborative infrastructure enables multi-human to multi-agent communication within projects. Users can add a project or web address to Atarim, prompting the InnerCircle to run a comprehensive review that analyses purpose, audience, and success criteria. Six agents – named Index, Pixel, Glitch, Lexi, Navi, and Claro – jointly evaluate the project and provide insights on strengths and areas for improvement. Their recommendations include specific, actionable steps that teams can follow using a range of integration points within supported project management and design tools.
Operational model
The AI agents are designed to act as proactive teammates, with the capability for users to ask clarifying questions, dive into additional detail, and assign completion of suggested tasks. Atarim has stated its intention that the system will enable agents, where appropriate, to autonomously execute tasks within project boundaries.
The approach is intended to reduce time spent on creative collaboration, which for many marketing, product, and agency teams, accounts for more than half of a project's total duration. According to Atarim, their system's training on "millions of anonymised tasks from thousands of teams, from freelancers to Fortune500 companies," underpins the relevance of its recommendations. The platform features a "2,500-point quality system and a stack of tools that the AI can choose to invoke," with an emphasis on achieving business-driven outcomes based on users' declared goals and requirements.
Views from Atarim leadership
"Imagine instantly adding six top-tier creatives to your team - without hiring anyone. This is the InnerCircle," said Vito Peleg, Founder and CEO of Atarim. "It's not a chatbot or a checklist. It's a fully integrated creative team that sees your work in context and helps you deliver faster, higher-quality results. Just like a trusted senior or strategic team member, they're onboarded, given access to tools to gain conviction on their suggestions and execute where the work happens.
Peleg also described the strategic motivations behind the launch and the outcomes observed in early usage:
"This is not just a product launch, but a pivotal moment in our journey – a direct response to overwhelming demand and exceptional early feedback. The InnerCircle addresses multiple pain points that come with project work management, alleviating issues such as project delays from unclear tasks or slow approvals and wasting time chasing unclear feedback, factors that slow project timelines by between 50-70%. For agencies, this equates to no more margin loss due to repeated revisions or overheads from hiring or managing specialists; feedback loops now take hours instead of weeks. What costs $500k+ a year in salaries and consultancy fees is now built into the workflow. Our solution is a proven gamechanger."
The InnerCircle's AI recommendations aim to incorporate considerations of quality, authenticity, and business impact into the creative workflow, drawing on practical experience and project goals rather than generic AI outputs.
Availability
The new AI functionality is now available to users through the Atarim platform, with the company confirming global access from launch.
Atarim's announcement follows a period of AI-focused development and product adoption, supported by seed funding secured in 2024 and a current team of thirty employees.
